27c shoes: Asics Gel Fuji Trainer 2

Fun little battle with Will and Daniel round a good course on a dodgy map. Having to work hard to keep up, yet still got into the lead, until Will snuck in front when we missed the best route to 24 and Daniel killed me on the descent from 25. Och well, just happy to be in the mix on my current level of training.

Other new shoes pretty good for mixed running. Which is good since that's what I got them for.

Since my Achilles is limiting the running decided to head to the yooni for a spinning class. Good to work hard and get a sweat on.
