Ugh, Tuesdays suck. I have class from 10:40am to 9:30pm with only 1 break long enough to get a run in. I managed to do
Airport Long and just barely got to my last class in time. I'll have to be sure to not waste any time getting out to run in my break otherwise it's going to be too easy to end up missing some Tuesdays for no good reason.
I took it nice and easy since yesterday was a hard workout and tomorrow is another workout day. Surprisingly my legs felt pretty decent. I was pretty brain dead from only 3 hours of sleep (getting up at 10:30 is harder than it sounds when you are up all night), but my legs felt much more recovered from yesterday's workout than I was expecting. If I can just get a good night's sleep tonight I should be ready for another tough workout tomorrow.
