Texaco Hill Tempo - Z3 ramp intervals. Lovely and sunny out but I don't trust my knee enough to venture out yet. Achey but no sharp pain.
Trapped by the Conservative election candidate mid-workout! Probably his strangest question and answer session of the day, standing at the garage door whilst I was spinning away.

Jon's Mix plus a bit to finish the Triple Flat Loops route. It's going to hurt anyway, so I might as well have a decent workout. Knee aching but didn't escalate. Where has my top end power gone? Poor show. HR strap AWOL for a few minutes again.

Zwift - Step By Step
Short workout at 90pc. Easy on lungs and legs, probably too much for the knee, but if it can't cope with this level then I might as well give up now and just hit the beers.

JK Relays, last leg on mixed ad-hoc. Terrain much more suited to stick-plodding today. Even managed an Igor-like shuffle in places. Still moving slower than frozen sludge. Relay day still the best fun ever, all the same. Kids did great
