Braco - Mill of Drummond - Gleneagles - Blackford - Shierrifmuir. Pretty poor outing. Legs shot, couldn't get up any steam; headwind all the way to Gleneagles didn't help, but at least I got a push up onto Sherrifmuir. Great PB of 6:53 for the Sherrifmuir descent to Glen Road! TRIMP 224.6.

Seminar in Edinburgh in the a.m., then straight to a customer site, so when I got out slightly early from the latter I was ready to get some fresh air. Since it was a lovely evening I fancied something off the beaten track; North Third looked lovely from the m'way, so, decision made. Parked at the bottom and ran a very distorted figure of eight. I felt pretty tired, physically and mentally, so just plodded around and enjoyed the route and the delightfully rocky and rooty trails. Just lovely. TRIMP 134.7.
