Can't make the FVO session, but time to stop things slipping - so time for some Pilates. Perhaps "Thor" wasn't the best choice of accompanying video to help me keep my concentration.

+11 Just about OK today to do something. Opted for non-impact, on the cross-trainer; felt pretty good (obviously! Have done nothing else all week) so made it 40 mins. TRIMP 84.9.

No surprise that I've been struggling with a bad back since the weekend. Thought I should perhaps try a short jog today, maybe a little bit of gentle movement would free things off. Bit too early, it seems. TRIMP 66.3.
