Orienteering race 34:39 [5] 5.5 km (6:18 / km)

Flying Pig-Day 3-Middle. Was feeling very sore before the start but managed to warm my legs well enough, Started out ok not feeling particularly slow, but boomed the #5 control for a little over a minute as I was combing the green hillside looking for a reentrant. Had to fight with a lot of green vegetation at many places on the course, and wasn't always very efficient with it, so was losing bits of time here and there. I also wasn't feeling very fresh on a few uphills and was getting tired very fast, but managed to keep the tempo till the very end. A nice run by Nikolay, way to beat a very good Norwegian runner,

Orienteering race 1:12:49 [4] 10.5 km (6:56 / km)

Flying Pig-Day 2-Long. Ran the short version as I am still not in shape to do long courses. After glancing over the course on the way to #1, I realized that there was a lot of trail running to do. Was thinking of taking it a bit easy, but once I caught up to Clem on #4, I shifted the gears and started to race. This wasn't a very technical course, but at times, still required keeping focus in the circle area. My legs got really tired towards the end so I didn't have a strong finish and was happy that the race was over when I punched the finish box.

Orienteering race 33:33 [5] 5.5 km (6:06 / km)

Flying Pig Day1-Middle. Not a bad race for me, though there is always a room for an improvement. The biggest mistake was a route choice to #1, where I lost to myself ~30 sec. There were a few other lesser ones like at #6, which took a bit standing around and head scratching before I spotted the bag down by the drain pipe. Physically never faded till the very end so I was happy with that.
