CSU sprint. Re-twisted my ankle trying to warm up and was in pretty dire straits. It had been hurting all night... Took it very easy and as a consequence made no mistakes. A few hesitations where I really had difficulty reading the mad, but really I should have just taken the obvious routes as there was not much to be gained from reading the detail. Don't think I could have run much faster even with a good ankle as I was very tired in my legs beforehand.
