Same as last Sunday, but it was raining this time. A bit warmer though! Good to be out, feeling a bit better, just the one walk (that I can remember) and that was possibly a consequence of too much talking while trying to run :)

I was epically hopeless today. Not sure if its out of practice, lazy, unfit, "brain-fog" or all of the above. Anyway, I could not hold a line, could not concentrate, never made any proper plans and struggled to run. Hope I can pull my socks up soon!

Early run at Stromlo. Wind a bit chilly to start but fine running. Further improved today, still a couple of walks but not as essential as previous runs.
