Pretty stop start from today. A couple of ankle twists early and then ran out of legs towards the end. A bit similar to last week with hip and hamstring, but also just general all-over sore, possibly from wood carting over the last few days. Its all done now.

Stromlo with Nat. Anti-clockwise today, trying to do a bit further and finish at the cafe. It was a steep climb up the hill out the back, but we made it. Quite good route and a few options to extend if we wanted. Stopped a bit earlier than planned due to an enduro race just starting, we luckily avoided being on the wrong tracks, but still got stopped crossing them.

A little bit more exploring. Tried the single track up near the top of the hill but stacked it tripping on a tiny bump. Think I'll stick to fire trails in future. Sunrise and moon set today.

Slightly different route (less steep) at Stromlo after a spectacular sunrise. Tried to find an option without the fun downhill. I think this was a good alternative.
