Relay style courses at the Pinnacle with Aoife. Mostly a trudge until she decided to outrun me up the hill to the finish. I had gotten a few extra controls to even things out...

A longer, early and very foggy run with Nat. A variation on the 10km we did a couple of weeks ago, this time doing Little Black Mt and not O’Connor Ridge. Feeling really stiff and tired but we seemed to make good pace. Hard to keep going u til the watch said 10, and even then Nat’s was still on 9.99!

Joined in with the school o training at Fadden Pines. A nice, compact spread out group :) feeling pretty sluggish after earlier run, and pretty sloppy reading the map without glasses.

Pinnacle Loop with Nat. Am finally catching up on some sleep but still managed to face plant after tripping on some chicken wire.Grazed palms and knees but very slight - saved by long pants and gloves.

2nd choice of activity from Aoife, short but good to get out on such a beautiful afternoon.

Treated myself to a mid afternoon lap of Bruce and O'Connor Ridges. A mix of feeling good and not so good. Marginally better at Hidey Ho than Sunday, but still pretty awful.

Looks like my GPS is as tired as me and went to sleep out there. It will be an early night tonight.

Surprisingly warm and sunny for the most part. I felt woeful but that was not unexpected.
