Ran with Caitlin as a bit of a training session. Not super useful but some good bits. The training map had one section in mirror and rotated, with another section distorted or in negative around the control circles. Took a while to get on top of those (I had the proper map which helped) and a few times stopping to chat on techniques we were using to cope with the map - useful in complex areas etc whe you just need to know direction, stick to it and know what you are going to find at your attack point. Only real problem was 14-15 where we ran right into the OOB trap as map was rotated for only part of the leg. All good fun. I was under pressure to keep up and probably ran faster than I would/should!
