a good start to the day with the opportunity to pull out of planned MTB ride. Should have considered opting out of this too. Keen to be outside but feeling very cold and precarious in terms of both health and ankle stability. Did a LOT of walking so very surprised not to be thrashed.

Had run out of plausible excuses and decided I'd already done enough driving this morning so took the bike to work. Quite nice out and was dressed to ignore the cold. Might not be quite so much fun going home.

Escaped computer and phone finally for a run. Bracing but so good to be out! Sunny-ish as well. Met Nat at Bindubi then Snow Gums and across to bottom track on Black Mountain. Quite a long way with no stops :)
Only spoiler was no coffee despite lovely smell of roasting beans.

Putting out controls for Bruce Ridge event. Pretty cool to be able to ride direct from home to do this. Nice morning out -rain cleared in time for a sparkling morning, trails nice and damp.

Event seems to go well. Eoin earned lots of compliments for courses. U was under pressure from lots of enter on days but fortunately Nadine was there to help calm things down. Just enough maps for long and middle courses. Borrowed a number of spare SI sticks from various people., that was fortunate!

Campbell Park Saturday O ~ 2 year anniversary since being in Canberra!!!!

A bit tired after late return from Melb last night but no excuse. Not sure whether to be sad or excited that Attackpoint mistook this for a run ;). Really stuffed up last control.
