Early morning run with Nat, great morning out!. I had been prepared for a very frosty start but it wasn't bad at all.

Frost was still in the ground at netball later but sun and BBQ duty were perfect solution.

Another hot yoga session. Tried to take it a bit easier this week but still very hard work and quite shaky afterwards!

Not too bad apart from 7 and 12. Small time losses on 1 and 3. For 7 I ended up way right and hit main track. Fairly easy to get control from there apart from blackberries and felled trees! EoinandJohn Sciwn caught me there and I struggled to keep pace with them for rest of course. Was doing alright until I took a fall in Pines. Jarred my neck head and was a bit wobbly after. Took an age to get the last. Lost quite a bit of time there!

Luxury of unemployment - after a lunch time orienteering event jumped on the bikes and rode some lovely flowy single track from there :) great day apart from never ending cold air!

Stage 2 of the Centenary Trail project. Chauffeurless and a bIt tired from the weekend today so not quite as far. We also did a bit of DIY near the end to make it more interesting. Bike going well after a service. First since I bought and built it myself so good going I reckon.
