World orienteering day -event 1. Slept through for the midnight event, school drop off clashed with the morning event so opted for ANU. Quite a casual affair, my legs were very tired.

WOD event 2. Tried wearing new shoes and ended up in agony. Second time I've tried these and they just do not suit my feet. Anyone after a pair of 7.5 suze OROCs please let me know.

WOD event 3. Took Aoife out on the night event. Good fun but she'd had enough by 6 so we missed 7 &8. Glad we went.
Bikram Hot Yoga. A bit of a shock to the system and very hard work. Sweated like crazy and spent most of the time wishing for the end. Have signed up for a 1 month pass so will try a few more times.
Good for me I think. Will need to watch the I don't push the hip too far.

Parents vs kids at netball training. Surprisingly hard work. My second ever game. Previous one was as captain of the non-sporty kids team at an inter schools carnvival in year 6. No happy memories from that day!

Centenary Trail - home to Hall with Nat. Great trail and superb day out. Looking forward to doing some more sections.
