Getting a bit tired of pre-entering and still not getting a map. Had to do the E which was quite hard really.

Thank goodness for birthday parties (well not really, but every cloud has a silver lining). Felt remarkably good today. Hip and hamstring getting a bit sore by the end, but not too bad given I ran back down the road.

tried to sneak in a run but all went pear-shaped. stopped after 20 min due to sore Achilles/ankle thing. walked back made it to car in time to pick up aoife but got hailed down by some lost tourists. ended up bringing them with me to get aoife then driving them up to the top of the park where fortunately we found their car - they had no idea where they'd left it! the extra 1/2 hour driving winding roads put Aoife into relapse so not a good outcome.
