Nice morning out, didn't see anyone else for the whole loop. Tried to go fairly hard and did OK, walked the rougher sections not sure I'll ever get the confidence to run those again.

Quite a struggle today, still feeling tired from Wednesday. Another lovely Saturday afternoon jaunt with Paula and Tracy, along the north side of the river this week and earlier that usual to fit in various evening activities.

Quite likely Worst Summer Series Run Ever. It was bound to happen running on our home map, I chose the scenic route despite knowing it was the wrong way to go; and managed to make a meal of the whole thing as well. It was also hot and I ran out of steam badly. Tried running cross country - something I know is an impossibility around these parts, ran past 80 points worth of controls that I did not have the motivation to try for. Next time I will go to UTS...

On a positive note we did receive some good feedback on potential ways to get down to the creek from closer to our house so will need to test that out one time soon.
