100mg voltaren is still magic stuff. Could not feel hip for first time in 2 weeks and ankle 95% better!
Walked with Aoife to Lloyd's Trig in Muogomarra Nature Reserve, flowers nice*, waratahs brilliant and very nice views.

*no comparison with WA, but better than nothing :)

Finally got the opportunity for a run and it was great out, but things not working too well. Topped it all off by twisting my ankle as well. Had to ask Paula to walk the last bit.

Up to Botanic Garden, around Mrs Macquarie's chair and back. Brilliant day and location, a bit tough on the hip.
