A beautiful ride along the Thredbo River, down the valley and back up. Stacking over the handlebars 10min in was not part of the plan. Landed on my bad leg of course.

Probably shouldn't have done this, but it was a beautiful day and an opportunity too good to miss. With Nat, south from Dead Horse Gap.

Not far, but far enough to get to a snow patch. Walked from the top of the chair lift.

Not far, but long with 3 girls, Aoife in particular was painfully slow. The further behind she is, the slower she gets... Lovely out on the mountain side!

DNF. I didn;t really save much distance but definitely saved further unnecessary wear and tear to my hip, it was a rough morning out for me.

Was going OK but could feel my hip from the climb out of 2 onwards. slogged around but when I saw the leg down to 11 then straight back up to 12 and looked at my watch I decided that was enough. Had intended to go back in the terrain and get all the convenient controls but sensibly decided to get out the the flat ASAP. Glad I did as only just made it back in one piece. Aoife did well minding herself :)
