Second and part of the 4th legs of the Duo. Had decided my hip couldn't handle another running session, but everything gave up on the second MTBO so came back early. Definitely in exceptionally poor shape at the moment.It should have been a nice morning out, a bit less water and a bit less grass would have been nice. So glad I did not mention the trailer to Aoife, I would NOT have been able to haul that around.
On a positive note, there was one good thing about the mud - it helped hold me up long enough to do a few 'ride-through' punches - first time ever I've successfully managed that. Might consider changing to left handed punching for orienteering, I seem more accurate with that hand.
