Orienteering 1:25:00 [3] 10.6 km (8:01 / km)

Course 9 km. Didn't feel like my best day out, and the time verifies that. However, I was really only tired & slow no major problems - just lots of wobbles.
Hoping for a better week this week.

Orienteering 30:00 [3] 3.0 km (10:00 / km)

Collecting controls, even more hopeless without a compass and without one of the circles on my map. Did find it though it wasn't as hard as last time I collected at Nganga. That time I had 10 controls to collect and one of the course setters' master maps from prior to their first site visit. That time I knew there was a control within 100m of so of where it was marked on the map, all I had to do was find the likely alternate location they had actually placed the control!

Cycling 1:25:00 [3] 40.0 km (28.2 kph)
shoes: Sidi Road

Around the river with double pike (i.e. Malcolm St instead of Mount St instead of Mounts Bay Rd). Quite windy, but really I was just very weak...
Tired today (Sunday).

Run 1:00:00 [3] 10.0 km (6:00 / km)
shoes: Kayano 15

Wow Thursday is so long ago I can't remember how far I ran. What a week! Will refine it when I've checked. Thanks Richard for the good company and for having the sense to wear even more clothes than me so I didn't feel as stupid as usual for dressing according to how cold it looked.
