Orienteering 1:22:09 [3] 7.6 km (10:49 / km) +415m 8:29 / km

Gooseberry Hill. Prickly Moses out in force, as were the contours. A bit scrappy (combination of my brain, my fitness, the map & the controls), but nothing too dramatic.
I can't believe Sten wore shorts!

Run 57:30 [3] 10.5 km (5:29 / km)
shoes: Kayano 15

Took a while to get going but really enjoyed it. Stuck to the sand tracks trying to take it easy on my calf.

Great day, again :)

Run 32:30 [3] 6.0 km (5:25 / km)
shoes: Kayano 15

Felt OK for a change but that's all I had time for. Legs tired today but stomach & sinuses fine.

Cycling 20:00 [3] 8.0 km (24.0 kph)
shoes: Sidi Road

Run 28:00 [3] 5.0 km (5:36 / km)
shoes: Kayano 15

Failed attempt at intervals, should have been 4 * 1km, did 2.5.
The first felt slow but I was happy to be running solidly (4.16). The second was a struggle, but made it (4.19). The third just wasn't happening. Think I needed a decent rest after last night's run.

Run 48:00 [3] 9.3 km (5:10 / km)
shoes: Kayano 15

Nice to enjoy a run again. First decent one I've done since easter so felt surprisingly good. Ran the 8km loop, the hilly section quite hard, waited for Kim at the canon & still did an OK time (would have been under 40 if we'd run to the end instead getting stopped early by Aoife).
