Run 1:25:30 [3] 15.2 km (5:38 / km)
shoes: New Kayano 14 - Pink

Felt much better than last week (conditions were much nicer) until the last 10 minutes. Didn't make it to 90, modified the acceptable time to anything as long as I made 15km. Legs seized up on the last long slog up boggy sand. Managed to keep running to the front gate but made sure the route home had as much downhill as possible.

Cycling 1:30:00 [3] 43.0 km (28.7 kph)
shoes: Sidi Road

Eoin gave me a tow to Subiaco Primary School as payment for fixing his bike for him. Then mostly by myself. With Riders Choice across the Fremantle Bridge and Bikeforce Pt Walter-Majestic. Very weak - there's a long, long way to go.
Shoulder tired by the end so I couldn't short-cut up Mount St. Cracked on Mts Bay Rd instead.

Orienteering 52:00 [3] 9.2 km (5:39 / km)
shoes: New Kayano 14 - Pink

Thought I did OK today but still miles behind everyone.

Perfect morning!

Thursday Feb 5, 2009 #

Run 48:00 [3] 8.7 km (5:31 / km)
shoes: New Kayano 14 - Pink

Well I did run harder today because Rob came along just to make Richard try. We did fairly well, I suffered at the beginning and down the boggy sand track that been graded since Sunday but was still hard work, even going down.
