2 laps of the park with Paula. We skipped the hill at the end the second time - it was a bit warm out there! First summer day for a loooong time.

I had to walk a bit of the hill up To Paula's. Got back on but it did not do either my hip or back any Good. Will need to ride the MTB if I want to go up there again.

Similar to yesterday, added a couple of hills: Tunks Hill playground and the caravan park. Struggled getting up Grosvenor into a head wind. How did I ever tow the trailer and Aoife up here?

Got the distance right today:)
Felt more coordinated and must have been trying hard as I'm all tired and shaky now. Did the full program today and only really lagged behind the other ladies in the kick board section. I ended up 75 m behind in 200m of kicking!

Finally made it to swimming! Ridiculously tough but it was a long way for my first swim in some time. Did about 2/3 of the proper session so a fair bit of room for improvement.

I think that's my first real training session since New Year. Tried to take it gently (and the speed indicates I did) but came home a bit shaky and had to have a 15 min lie down before I could manage getting changed.

Down to the national park, up to the end and return home. Did a couple of hills at the top of the park to get up enough distance to make 15km by the time I got home. Grosvenor Rd was tough.
