Control checking. Beautiful out in the forest and great to get out after Aoife left for school and home just 5 minutes after her. Kudos to Eoin for assistance and Andy for coming from Sydney for a brief visit too! So pleased I did not drag Aoife up here in the rain on Sunday.

Hard work - very tired and not the "sprint" I was expecting :). Making the most of my season pass- 2nd Twilight event I've made it to, just a very short drive from swimming so do-able for a change.

Going out on a limb here, but riding through Black Mountain this morning felt like it beat running through Kings Park as a fabulous commute. Still quite scrappy riding through ANU with traffic though.

‘Long’ run with Nat. Absolutely stunning out on Black Mountain and quite pleased we lasted the distance and hills. Made it back in time for coffee before scarpering Home and in the door 30 seconds before my phone meeting :) Perfect start to the day!

Time and distance a guess after a section with GPS off. Run with Nat early before little A's. Beautiful mooring out, saw the sun rise over a spur of black mountain. Good to get out before the heat and felt pretty ok running too.
