Cardio/strength drills - it was INSANE! ok, not really thaaaat bad.
It was hard, and I was breathing and couldn't do every rep by the end (and never did any full pushups - just 'cause I suck at pushups). But it was totally doable. I am looking forward to improvement and being able TO do all the reps (and maybe even a full pushup) in a few weeks.
