Day 2 west Point

After the race yesterday, my legs, shoulders and wrists were hurting and a decent warm up was in need, but of course, that never happened.
Despite all this, my time was pretty good, considering the errors I made and the incredibly slow running! Lots of hesitation even though the map was a 1:15 (smaller than 1:24 yesterday I suppose!) Ridiculous course setting and fog and drizzle and thorn trees made me want to quit (again) but I'm glad I didn't. Thorn trees, who ever heard of such a thing!? I think it's some west point secret weapon.

Yay! I got to go swimming!! Visited Sandra at UNH and went to the pool. I don't know how many laps I did, but it felt soooo good to swim! I really would love to do some tri's now!
