'Hard Medium' course in Hunter Valley Champs at Balickera (Wallaroo State Forest)

Still not sure how the classes worked, (19-49?) but I was still first in mine when leaving the event. My download was OK but I still seem to be missing from the results.

Minor wobbles just outside the circle on 8, 9 and 11, and about 2 mins lost on second attack of no 12.

I put a little more effort into running than last week, and foot feels ok afterwards.

MTBO at Glenrock.
First time on mtb in a long while so had to hold back the temptation to keep going for much longer.
Started raining lightly just before I got there. A tad slippy as a result. Had a handfull of slides (only small scratches to legs). No suprise the carpark was all but empty by the time I got back #fairweather cyclists.

The first time to the Thurs evening session (at least in a long time).
Turns out I've been missing one of (it would appear) few really good instructors. Some challenging exercises and, it seems, freedom to adjust the resistance if you feel you need to. Great!

Aware of dull knee ache: Probably a result of not stretching + rolling after sunday's run.
