Run 23:00 intensity: (11:00 @1) + (12:00 @3)
shoes: Inov8 Bare Grip 200

walk / jog / walk tester again. Yellowcraig.
Mildest of aches after 5 mins but eased, then stronger version of it again at about 15 (like the last time).
Nice variety of woods and (some) grassed dunes.

Walk back to the car (c20mins, time not logged) with B and dogs after they had an absolute ball on the beach.
11 AM

Flexibility 5:00 [1]

straight back leg hip stretch seemed to make a difference - R leg had been tightening up on the walk back to the car.

Note

Even after yesterday's efforts, R leg still overall better than a week ago.
Lumbar spine clearly not fond of much sitting - even on the bus to pilates.

Not as tough as last week :-(
Gradually getting stronger - as should be expected.

1 min walk / jog intervals off WOL / Warriston path
ok until about 15 mins in, then the outside of R knee started hurting again.

Note

Osteopath: Full hour consult was a surprise!
Diagnosed as mildly hypermobile
Included deep tissue massage, a few clicks and cracks, and needling.
Feeling great all day afterwards - lower back a tad achey from the adjustments, but hip and knee much better!

Flexibility (Yoga) 45:00 [2]

Supposed to be 'high energy' but not really.
