10k race in Örebro. Not really prepared for this kind of racing but good training when we anyway was in the town. Felt very good first 3-4k which also went way too fast for me, sub 16:30 halfway. Second half tougher when I run most of it alone with some people just passing by. Anyway 34mins is ok with my current background and it is clear that 4*4min intervals on the treadmill is not enough to keep the speed over a 10k.
