Lowered the running target from 3650 km to 3000 km since the foot is still not recovered from the problems starting in February last year.

Double pooling intervals on the rocklunda track. The part furthest away was still under preparation so no tracks there and very soft but possible to ski.
Quite tough hills but went ok. 5*2km.
Tour de ski intervals on the cross-trainer. Harder during the heats and easy between heats. First quater-final as warm up and the two finals as cool down since the quad died during the semi-finals.

Easy run from home partly on Bruksleden. Beautiful crisp morning, thin layer of light snow on everything and the sun managed to get just above the tree tops.

Had planned to go to the ski track at rocklund but it was closed due to snow production so went to the shorter ski track instead. A little to short and flat for my taste. Managed 1h in the cold anyway.
