MÃ¥senstafetten premiere of the year. 2nd leg after Erik Lind in the 2nd team. Erik had some problems in the second half of the course and I went out about 5min after the leading team. Had to do most of the work bymyself but had some people around that could help pacing. Find I quite good flow and no larger misstakes but as seen on the splits the top speed is lacking.

Another run with P-pojkarna. Better feeling in the body and better orienteering this week, but still a lot of work to do. Tried the Mila Vega headlamp today, was also good but think it is maybe a little better light in the bikeray but the battery for Mila was much lighter. Foot hurting in the beginning but got better during the run. Foot: 92%.
