Tried to get some tougher intervals in at Gotland, which meant grass and sand at the beach meadow. Perfect day with intervals in the sun and a dip in the sea afterwards.

Tired to get some orienteering in on the map around Grynge. The map looked worse than the terrain actually was. Looked very green but quite runnable right now (guess it will be worse in a month or so). Tired both in the head and in the legs but still a good session.

Back to Gotland for a relaxing weekend and some preparation for the summer. Nice run over "the mountain" around and along the beach back. At least the first 45 min felt quite fine and easy...
