More skiing, not so nice conditions today with 2 degrees and rain. Today in Mora with Elin, on flat tracks which was good since I had no grip at all today, so just using arms.

First ski-session for the year up in Älvdalen. Really nice tracks, but problem to do proper classic skiing with the calf, so mostly double poling today.

Easy jog, very slippery conditions today.
Som back pain in the morning yesterday and felt something in the calf during the warmup before the intervals yesterday, but no problem under the intervals.

Today, the calf was quite bad from the start and get much worse after about 30min. So walked home. Similar problem as I had in the spring where the calf is very tense, no real strain (yet at least).

First indoor training for the year squeezed in between work and christmas dinner with work.

Easy (or really not) start with 200m-400m-600m-800m-1000m-800m-600m-400m-200m. Aim was to keep ~36s per lap for the five first than increase the pace. Kept ok in the beginning but the second 800m was real disaster. Pulled myself together after that and finished of ok.
