Course director for Linne's new running competition. Full day of work with hanging streamers, watching crossings and picking everything up again.

Jukola-training a bit west of uppsala. I think the terrain is quite similar to what is coming in Finland. Legs felt fine for the three first controls, after that it was more a struggle to keep moving. Tough in this terrain without forest-training.
