Early morning ski. First day of "Öppet Spår" where about 8500people go the Sälen-Mora ski trip, which meaning that the tracks are quite crowded. Started early and headed to Mångsbodarna, where I met the first ones. Soon to many to continue criss-crossing so turned around and went with some groups back to risberg again. Perfect conditions with super-hard not so icy but still fast tracks.

Skiing in Gyllbergen with Elin. +4 degrees and very wet and heavy snow. Had good grip so could go straight up the hills, good training.

Easy run from home to test the foot after the treatment. Felt much better today, almost all pain gone. Lovely!

Meeting with our needle-guru. No plantar fasciitis, puh! A fat pad syndrome instead, where some of the fat pad of the heel had been squeezed out towards the arch of the foot. Just to drain some of the fluid and it should be ok in one or two treatments.

Early morning intervals on the backbana with big group of people. Very slippery conditions but went ok. Foot hurting, have to get some treatment for it.

Evening ski with Elin and Daniel in Storvreta. The tracks were solid ice, no chance to get any grip at all. Just double-poleing, very high speed for little effort today.
