Easy run from home or at least it should have been, slow pace but high efford. My body is totally destroyed, guess that Jukola were a lot tougher than I first thought, probably also stupid to run the 5k race just after.

The "mödarbana" at my parents house. Quite an old orienteering course with a lot of climb, mostly depressions. The forest is not so nice there anymore with a lot of green and trees on the ground. Legs still pretty dead, think the record is just below 40min, I had 54min today, think 45min would be a really good time in today's conditions.

Not so much mistakes, but the legs were completely wasted, long time since they were this dead.

5k race at Sthlm stadium. So bad, hopefully not just recovered since jukola otherwise my shape is bad. The pace was high from the start, the leading pack were keeping around 2:52/km, I followed them a bit in the beginning, probably not good. 9:00 on 3k, but pace had then dropped to about 76s/400m.. Finished of with a 65s on the last lap so that was the only positive thing...
