Orienteering race 48:17 intensity: (25:00 @2) + (23:17 @5) *** 10.3 km (4:41 / km)

OK Triangeln's middle distance competition about 60km north of Uppsala. Nice and extremely fast open pine forest. Made one really stupid misstake in the end where I misstook the light-tracks and lost the victory..

Test run of one possible middle distance course for next year's Student World Champs. Nice and tough terrain just some 5k from my parents' home. Some smaller misstakes and much better feeling in the legs today.

25manna-training with the club. So bad today. The legs were about halfways to the first control, after that completely dead, felt like I didn't get forward. Head not perfect either today (or maybe due to dead legs) so some misstakes ~4-5min, but over 9min after the fastest. Need some more recovery from Lidingöloppet. Taking a day off tomorrow.

Intervals with the club. did 10*1.5min. Felt ok the first 30s of each interval then the thighs got very tired. Far from recovered, very stiff during cool-down
