Lidingoloppet track race. The world's biggest xc-race or something. Felt good during the first part of the race and could keep my goal pace of 3:30min/km. But I am still lacking a lot km of running and most of all some thousands meters of climb. The part with a lot of small hills between 15-20km completely killed me and the last 10k was a real pain where I lost quite a lot. First time ever in a running race when I have to walk some parts. Still finished in a ok 17th place, but 3.5min slower than two years ago and 6min slower than what I aimed for.

Lidingölopps-training. 4 times the hilly light-track in Norby (~2.55km) with ~3min rest. Little unused to this kind of running right now but felt good.
