O-training with Linné. Contour-o in Morga south of Uppsala. Went ok, fun training.

Day 0 at Ski-training camp in Idre Fjäll. Got there quite late, but we couldn't not go out.

Early morning leaving the car at the mechanics. Easy run home from there.

Tisdagsbana with Linné. Today's course was a little faster than usual, mostly on muddy (very, very and very wet. Uppsala winter!) trails and roads. High speed from the beginning to end today. Nice to meet Santa and his helper with glögg and pepparkakor on a hill in the end.

No pain in the heel today, strange. Was at the physio yesterday and he thought I should take it a little easy with the running and do heavier strength training, so no running tomorrow.
