Warm up and cool down for Tuna's cross country club champs. Only watch the actual race. Did two hill reps ~40-50s. Body is starting to feel a little better, not so high heart rate today.

"Intervals" or maybe fast running to see if the body remembered how to run. 4*3min. Legs felt good actually but either my shape is super-bad or my watch broke during the break. Very high heart-rate, reached my max-HR at then end of the last interval..

Easy run around Djurgården. Nice to be out running again. No pain in the heal today and hopefully it will stay like that.
