Jukola. Kuopio. Vehmersalmi. LS-37 III. First leg. Nice leg. I like it. I was expecting 1h30min time for me on this leg and did it, but the feeling is slightly pissed off. I did wrong routechoise on first leg. I was infront of Tomi and faster on halfway, but lost him 2 min in the end and I did not make any mistake. Then I visited wrong forking on second control. Top of all at least two min mistake on 4 cp. That was a begin for the first leg that I never should do. Towards to end my navigating got better and better, but night trains at this point were going slowly and with my physic it was nearly impossible to pass anyone in this terrain. It was better to stay on the paths and accept the slower pace and take controls straight. Couple times jumped of and passed one guy, but it took too much energy. I would have had much more to give to my team, but this time I couldn't.

3 x Orienteering relay intervals. Mass start each. Forkings. 2.1 km, 1.8 km and 1.7 km.
Cooling down

Navigating ok except the route choise on first leg. Running was not sharp. Cruising speed ok, but when tried to speed up I just got tired and I was not moving faster.
