was going to do an interval session but heart and legs not in it.

Orienteering (BOC relays) 25:12 [3] 3.4 km (7:25 / km)

stonking race - 100% clean, probably best run for years. Came back 4th.

Orienteering (BOC 2011) 1:03:00 [3] 7.3 km (8:38 / km) +260m 7:20 / km

Would have been in a roight state if Id run for 90 mins on Long so won short instead.

flat out from home to moors gorse, then really hard round the Monkey until had to leave the last climb to make it to the pub !

felt really good till the last climb, but even then so much better than before.
Beaten by Killian and Ben
