Orienteering race (Fairoak) 1:07:35 [4] 8.92 km (7:35 / km) +270m 6:35 / km
shoes: VJs

Brown Course. Sore in the legs generally. Went off reasonably fast but settled into a steady run. Only one error in the unmarked rides and a wobble on a spur where I lost 30 s looking too high - (should have climbed up it)
Took a big fall onto L knee and R hand after twisting my ankle towards the end. Bit of blood and Im sure Ill be sore tommorow

run to stepping stones and back - find the first 5 mins up to stepping stones very hard. Might experiment with a run via punchbowl

Ride from Marlenes with Rob Aston. Pushed fairly hard on the hills, struggled a bit with the cold air with breathing and first cold feet of the year.

bit faster but was in a rush. Need to extend the loop now !

Ride over the chase -felt strong at the beginning, weak at the end (hungry) and then it rained....
