Orienteering race (JK Relays Short Open) 21:30 [5] 3.3 mi (6:31 / mi)

JK relays 1st leg
wobble on first control then solid run. Struuglled on the final climb.

Ride back from the beach down Cycle route 1
bit of a head wind so a little tired at end even though a recovery ride

Road ride from north shields past whitley bay to Blythe and back.legs quite sore from sprint.headwind on way back

JK Sprint. Very good, made 1 5 sec mistake on a clean run.Very pleased with 4th on M35 and 15th on the course (M40 and M45).
