Mountain bike (MTBO training) 2:08:00 [4] 38.0 km (3:22 / km) +860m 3:02 / km

Ride out from Hawkshead the long way ( not on purpose)
MTBO Training on Grizedale forest.
Had to bin a few of the controls cath had planned for me as on walkers trails. Really pleased with the power in my legs on the climbs.
Very rusty on the nav, but about to start a series of training to sort that one anyway.
MTB skills not affected by the seat position change.

Wrynose and Hardkott passes out and back from Hawkshead. Weathyer horrible, beasts of hills.

Very steady but legs got a work out on the way down with Holly.

Seated till it goes V steep then out of the saddle.
Felt great and V strong

Ride with steve putting the world to rights.
Chain came off on a climb and I bruised my R Calf but seems OK.

1 huge error, lost 10 mins, one in cirlce miss the rest clean

clean, felt a bit short changed with only 30 mins

Mountain bike (Road Hills) 1:35:00 [3]

Climb up past the WOC arena to the top, then back to arena ( 1 hour 10)
then flew back down the mountain afterwards
