ahr:146 max:160 shoes: Falcon 2 (13)

4th day of POM. Still beautiful and very warm weather. Again verry nice and technical terrain. Made no larger errors. My best race of POM 2009. 18th of the day of 40 runners and total 25th of about 40 runners class H60.

ahr:143 max:156 shoes: Falcon 2 (13)

3rd day of POM. Again nice and warm weather. Middle distance race. Terrain similar a park with lot of stone elements. Good run without larger errors. 23th out of 40 runners. Lost exactly 10 minutes of the winner.

ahr:147 max:164 shoes: Falcon 2 (13)

2nd day of POM near Mora. Long distance. Nice weather and nice terrain with few rocky details at the 1st part and open areas at the 2nd part. Bad start again. Lost lot of time to control #1. Rest more or less ok. 22th place of 40 runners.

1st day of POM near Mora. Weather nice and warm. Middle distance. Bad start to POM 2009. 90 degrees mistake to control #1!! A further heavy mistake at control #5. Only 35th of 40 runners

POM model event near Mora, between Pavia and Cabecao. Nice weather. Challenging terrain
