Orienteering 1:06:29 [4] 3.49 mi (19:03 / mi) +76m 17:50 / mi

Meet at Saratoga Spa.... fun, but I was going slow. I liked the "square" of controls near the end of the course that required revisiting two of the vertices, that was nicely done. Of course the park is beautiful anyway. Finished up, changed, and walked to SPAC to see the seniors graduate. Got there while they were calling names, so not bad! (Didn't start GPS track till control 1; distance is off but time was adjusted to official time)

Scouting out the map and possible control locations at Tawasentha. Boy does this map need some updating. Good candidate for LIDAR contour update too. I'll see what I can do in the next couple weeks.

Just getting over the flu... felt horrible the last couple days and not yet totally unhorrible, but felt like I needed to get out and do something. My first running interval turned into a sore mouth and stomach cringefest. Walked the rest of the way.
