With Anders, Marthe, Mariann. Was told we were running "towards" Vangen, what I didn't realise was that "towards" actually meant "to". It was nice to get some company in Østmarka but I think it was a sensible decision not to go all the way.

Note

March done. Feels a bit like I haven't really done very much but actually a lot as changed. I've run everyday apart from 2 which I haven't done since November 18. I definitely feel like I am getting over this injury, I'm not running proper sessions really but I probably could try very soon. And life is also managing to progress.

Run 1:20:18 [2] 13.6 km (5:54 / km)
shoes: AG2B

Managed not to get lost today. Impressive.

Run 1:24:23 [2] 13.7 km (6:10 / km)
shoes: SauIR

Tried a much "safer" route today (having thought yesterday was fairly straightforward) on blue paths i.e. marked and signposted. What could possibly go wrong? It was a really nice run, but I did spend rather a lot of time in the forest with no idea where I was.

weight:74.3kg shoes: SauIR

Planned what I thought was a simple run to follow, big paths between places where I guess there would be signs. Only possible mistake I could make would be taking a path off the gravel road too early; which I of course managed to do. Luckily my error meant a shorter loop than expected so avoided an epic start of the week
