Morning. Finally taken the right hand fork of the path about 300m from the flat. Turns out it is a short cut. Luckily I hadn't tried it before so I have saved myself about 30s per run for the last 3 years.

Went and ran 6x1k T [60] at Sognsvann chasing Nic at 2 metres.

Luckily the weather was a bit bad today so all the fair weather outdoor lovers were sitting at home.

Felt ok today, fitness felt reasonable and calf is still ok after 2 days on hard surface
