British 10k Road Champs (12th) but 20th
A fun experience but very strange, I guess useful if I am going to do more of these kind of road races. Fairly grouped up for the first 5k then working solo/in a little 3 for the rest of the way back. Some small climbs and also seemed to be into the wind both ways. Didn't really feel great in the last 2k but got the most out of myself today and I am fairly happy with the time. I am still reasonably fit.
